Polcies

Upon reading these Booking & Stay Policies, please respond to the communication message that sent this link  and reply with "AGREED" to confirm you read & agree to the polices stated here.

I know, many of them should be common sense... But it's always good to be clear.

Booking Policies:

  1. The 'BOOKER' must be 21 years old with a valid government issued ID

  2. Bookings requires deposit (refundable until 30 days prior to stay) = $200. for 1-night/$300. for 2-nights

  3. The balance amount will be due 14 days prior to stay.

  4. A $250. damage deposit will be added to balance payment and refunded 48 hrs upon check out if unneeded.

  5. No cancelations/date changes permitted within 30 days of booking.
  6. Last minute cancellations/schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances (IE: personal issues or weather) cannot be accepted. However I will do my best to assist in finding a solution. 

Stay Policies:

  1. The BOOKER  takes full responsibility of their guests' actions & behaviours. 

  2. Only Registered/Paid guests are permitted on the property.

  3. No Pets. 

  4. Please be open/honest about any issues or accidents that occur. It's always easier to find out directly.

  5. Outdoor quiet times (to be respectful of neighbours): Sunday-Thursday 10pm / Friday-Saturday 12am

  6. Refuse: Properly sort garbage/recycling as per NS Bylaws ($25. fee if not completed)

  7.  No excessive drinking to the point of personal injury/property damage

  8. Hot Tub

    1. Please shower prior to use​

    2. No glassware - Cans or plastic cups only

  9. No Parties: You're welcome to play music & games as long as things don't get too 'rowdy'.

  10. Verbal/physical abuse of any kind will not be tollerated.
