I know, many of them should be common sense... But it's always good to be clear.

Booking Policies:
- 
The 'BOOKER' must be 21 years old with a valid government issued ID
 - 
Bookings requires deposit (refundable until 30 days prior to stay) = $250. for 1-night/$350. for 2-nights
 - 
The balance amount will be due 30 days prior to stay.
 - 
A $250. damage deposit will be added to the balance payment and refunded 48 hrs upon check out if unneeded.
 - No cancelations/date changes permitted within 30 days of booking. This includes for unforeseen personal issues/weather.
 
Stay Policies:
- 
The BOOKER takes full responsibility of their guests' actions & behaviours.
 - 
Only Registered/Paid guests are permitted on the property.
 - 
No Pets.
 - 
Please be open/honest about any issues or accidents that occur. It's always better to find out directly.
 - 
Outdoor quiet times (to be respectful of neighbours): Sunday-Thursday 10pm / Friday-Saturday 12am
 - 
Refuse: Properly sort garbage/recycling as per NS Bylaws ($25. fee if not completed)
 - 
No excessive drinking to the point of personal injury/property damage
 - 
Decorations: Please only use painters tape to hang things. NO glittered items (that stuff is the spawn of the devil to clean).
 - 
Hot Tub
- 
Please shower prior to use.
 - 
No glassware - Cans or plastic cups only.
 - 
Properly secure cover after use.
 - 
Use gentle care with controls.
 
 -

Be respectful when dealing with host. Abusive language/behaviour will not be tollerated.
 - 
Failure to follow Policies/House Rules may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
